YO-YO-CAMP
We are pleased to welcome back yo-yo camp this summer. Director Rob Kitts will teach yo-yo basics and yo-yo tricks. Each student will receive a yo-yo. In the past, Rob has demonstrated his yo-yo skills at the American International Toy Fair held in New York City. He also has demonstrated yo-yo's and other skill toys for one of the largest yo-yo manufacturers, Yomega Corporation of Fall River, Massachusetts. Rob has been a member of Yomega's Presidential Invitational Team for five years.

PETE RAFFA MEMORIAL SOCCER CLINIC
The Perrysburg High School boys and girls varsity soccer programs would like to invite all young soccer players to participate in the seventh annual clinic in honor of past PHS coach Pete Raffa. Each player will receive instruction from varsity soccer players and the coaching staff in a building block approach of fundamentals, while emphasizing teamwork and fun. Players must wear suitable soccer attire (shoes, shin guards and dress appropriately for the weather, and bring a soccer ball with name on it). Instructed by PHS boys Coach Mike Timbrook and PHS girls Head Coach Jude Perino.

RIVER HOLLOW FARM SUMMER RIDING
CAMP
River Hollow Farm is offering a summer riding camp for beginner to intermediate riders. This four-day camp will consist of one hour of daily riding time, grooming, a snack and horse crafts/activities. The riders will get a good overview of how to ride and take care of a horse. For the beginner to intermediate camp, the riders will be separated by age and riding ability. All riders must wear an ASTM approved riding helmet and boots with a one inch heel (helmets will be provided). The week will conclude with a party and all riders will receive a T-shirt.

SOCCER CAMP
This is an excellent camp for the soccer enthusiast. It is for boys and girls, ages 5 to 12. This camp is for the player who wants to improve their foot skills and basic soccer skills. The students will focus on foot skills, passing, ball control, shooting, team play and goal keeping. Participants will be divided into age groups and will work at three different stations - Passing, Ball Control and Shooting/Keepers. Contests will be held and games will be played. All players must wear shin guards. This camp will be directed by the Recreation Staff.

FOOTBALL CAMP
Once again Summer Recreation will conduct a non-contact football camp, where students will be instructed in skill areas such as centering, passing, kicking, catching, line techniques and backfield techniques. The camp will stress the mental as well as the physical aspect, through motivational techniques such as films, speakers, etc. Guest speakers will come and talk throughout the week. All football skills will be taught and all players will be challenged to raise their expectations in play, in conduct and in sportsmanship. This camp will be directed by PHS Head Football Coach Matt Kregel and Assistant Coach Ray Pohlman.

YELLOW JACKET BASEBALL CAMP
The 13th annual baseball camp will be conducted by Perrysburg High School Head Baseball Coach Dave Hall. Camp highlights include: small group instruction, station drills for live hitting, tees/flips, cage hitting, bunting, fly balls, groundballs, base running, throwing, position play, daily games and prizes for contest winners and game MVP's. FISHING CLINIC
Join instructor Doug Bell as he guides you through the basics of pond fishing. Students will learn to fish aggressively and not let the big one get away. LACROSSE SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM
Lacrosse is America's oldest and most demanding sport. It requires quick feet, fast hands and a sharp mind. It is a contact sport played with long netted sticks that are used to pass, catch, carry and shoot a ball. The Lacrosse program is open to boys who will be entering 7th, 8th or 9th grade. Participants will be given instruction by qualified personnel with lacrosse backgrounds. Fundamental skills and fun will be stressed at all times, as will sportsmanship and safety.

Two games will be played each day simultaneously and each child will play as much of the game as possible. The games will be four innings long or an hour. During the first week of tee-ball, we will conduct a clinic for all participants. The children will learn more about baseball fundamentals and rules including: fielding, catching, throwing and batting. Through this clinic, the children will be eased into the tee-ball activity. PUMPKIN PATCH PLAYERS
The drama group, Pumpkin Patch Players will again be a part of this year's program. During this activity, students will become involved in a drama production from its beginning to its performance. Youngsters ages 6-11 will have the chance to share in a truly creative experience.

SOFTBALL ENCOUNTER
Girls will again have the opportunity to improve their softball skills. They will work on such skills as hitting, fielding, catching and throwing. FINE FINGERS
Professional artists have nothing on your child's finger painting. We provide the paint and paint shirts for your child while they enjoy getting their fingers covered in paint and spreading it around on paper creating their own masterpiece.
